Mission Statement

As an accomplished contemporary
Designer
and full time
Feng Shui expert, Elyse Santoro's
experience spans over the course of 26 years.
She combines the aesthetics of Art, Nature and Spirit with the
form and function of interior space. For the past nine years, she has
studied Feng Shui under the tutelage of Professor Thomas Lin Yun,
world-renowned Feng Shui master and spiritual leader of the Black
Sect of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism.
Prior to consulting Feng Shui, she was trained as a designer
and color specialist, completing projects in California, New York
and Florida reflecting spaces that connect and reaffirm nature and the
human spirit.
Elyse creates a distinctive vision and new meaning for the concept of
'Quality of Life'.
Her multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary approach encompasses
ancient Chinese Feng Shui with psycho-spiritual life design in the
creation of environments that are attuned to her client's life purpose
and lifestyles. Ms. Santoro explains, 'I believe a person's
environment-one's home, business, or office-is a mirror image of one's
self and one's life circumstances. As a person's life changes and
evolves, it is important to change the energy in the environment to
support and reflect those changes.'
Incorporating her skills as a sacred space designer and Feng Shui
healer, she introduces a new level of aesthetic awareness combining
color energetics, natural settings, sacred art and objects that serve
to uplift the human spirit. Her practices include space clearings,
blessing ceremonies for homes and business, and specialized cures for
particular problems in her clients' environments.
Ms. Santoro has
helped homes as well as businesses create environments that can
enhance relationships, health, prosperity, and healing.

THE MIAMI HERALD- BUSINESS MONDAY JOB FILE
OCTOBER 6, 2003
TAPPING INTO THE FLOW
Feng
Shui specialists redirect the energy patterns in homes and offices.
Wendy Doscher-Smith, special to the Herald
Feeling
stuck lately? There
may be no better person than Feng Shui Design Specialist Elyse Santoro
to redirect your energy flow while making your home look better.
Miami Beach-based Feng Shui Designs, Santoro’s business,
marries interior design and feng shui principles to make home
and offices more healthy. The
Asian discipline focuses on placing objects in such a way as to welcome
positive energy.
HEALING THE SPACE
“ What I do is like being a house doctor,” Santoro says. “I
read from the past to determine what is going on currently. I listen to what
my clients
want to achieve and 98.89 percent of the time things manifest. That’s the
amazing thing.” The feng shui philosophy consists of balancing
the elements of earth, fire, wood, metal and water. After assessing a
home or
office, Santoro
adds elements if they are missing. For example, a stark minimalist home
without an earth or water element
might get a plant or small fountain.
PERSONAL AWAKENING
Santoro got her start as an interior designer. Twelve years ago, she
had a feng shui consultation for her own space. Increased business came
her
way afterward,
making
her a believer. So Santoro decided to pursue a feng shui “master” title.
For the past decade she has studied under Professor Lin Yun, feng shui
master and spiritual leader
of the Black Hat Sect of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism.
Today, Santoro offers a range of services. A three-hour home consultation
costs $360; for a two-hour business of office consultation the price
is $500.
“The most rewarding thing is I meet a lot of interesting people’,
Santoro says. And just to her the achievements of my clients put a smile
on my face. That confirms the abundance of the universe and the work of feng
shui
and
the power of it.”
